How much does it cost to ship my order?
Try our easy-to-use shipping calculator. You don't have to go through the whole checkout process to figure your shipping. Simply add an item to your shopping cart, then enter your ZIP code and click "e;calculate shipping"e; on the right-hand side of your screen. We ship all orders via UPS, so shipping costs are the standard rates that the carrier give us, and are calculated live based on your zip code and the weight of the products purchased.
How long until I get my Q-Safety order?
Please allow 5-7 days lead time for processing your order.
What is the status of my order?
To track your order you must login with your email and password. Once logged in, if your order has been shipped, you may click on "e;track order"e; to see where your shipment is.
What happens if I don't like a Product?
All returns must comply with the following guidelines:

Products returned cannot be used.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- All original packaging must be included.

Shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt by an experienced technician, and must comply with all Return Policy guidelines completely. Any return that does not follow our return policy correctly may be liable for additional charges.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What happens if I receive a damaged box?
All products are shipped insured. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us by clicking:support email. Damaged shipments must be returned within 15 days, and must comply with the guidelines above.
