Cleanrooms require fasteners made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. They also need a site survey and evaluation to determine the style and sizes of fasteners to best fit the job. Shown above is an anodized aluminum block that can have up to 8 stainless steel wire fasteners anchored to it. These wire fasteners have a stainless steel plate that attaches to a side of the equipment. The wire fastener can be disconnected either at the equipment with a push pin or at the aluminum block by sliding it out of the "key hole" on the block. .
